What we fix on-site.
On-site wrought iron repairs and quick welding jobs across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and North Shore. Send a photo for a same-day quote, Mon-Fri.
Gate repairs.
Broken latches, dragging hinges, rusted frames, sagging leaves. Most jobs sorted on-site without removing the gate.
Handrails & balustrades.
Loose fittings, rust damage, sections that need re-welding. Decorative ironwork, grilles and heritage detail repaired in place.
Quick welding jobs.
Fence repairs, pool fence repairs, garden furniture, bench welds. If it's iron or steel and we can get to it safely, we can sort it.
Why people book us.
We come to you.
Most repairs handled on-site. Less downtime, no removal, no second contractor to coordinate.
Proper repair, not a patch job.
We tell you what will last, what needs reinforcing, and when a workshop repair makes more sense than a quick on-site fix.
Direct advice from the repairer.
You speak with the person doing the repair, so you get a straight answer before we turn up.
Tell us about the repair.

Common questions.
Do you come to my property for repairs?
Yes. Most repairs can be done on-site without removing the metalwork, which keeps the job faster and less disruptive. If it needs workshop work, we'll tell you before we start.
What can you repair on-site?
Gates, handrails, balustrades, grilles and decorative ironwork on-site, plus quick general welding jobs like fence repairs, pool fence repairs, garden furniture and bench welds. If it's iron or steel and we can access it safely, we can usually sort it.
What if the repair is too large for on-site work?
If the repair is too large or too involved for on-site work, we remove it and repair it in the workshop. Once it's ready, we reinstall it properly.
How quickly can you get to a repair job?
If you send photos and the address, we can usually tell you the next available booking the same day. Urgent gate and access issues are prioritised where we can.
Do you need photos before you come out?
Yes. Photos help us work out whether the repair can be done on-site and what equipment to bring. A few clear shots usually save time and avoid a second visit.
What does a typical repair cost?
Cost depends on what's broken, the size of the job and how accessible it is. Send a photo and we'll come back same day with a price.
Is there a callout fee for on-site metal repairs in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and North Shore?
No callout fee on quotes. We come out, look at the job and give you a price. If the repair goes ahead the visit becomes part of the work; if it doesn't, no charge for the visit.
Can you repair a rusted-out wrought iron gate on-site, or does it need to come into the workshop?
Depends on how far gone it is. Surface rust and small holes we can patch on-site. If the steel underneath has gone through, the gate needs to come into the workshop for cutting out and welding in new sections.
Will an on-site weld and paint touch-up match the existing paint on a heritage gate?
We colour-match on-site to existing paint where the job allows. Heritage gates with old or unusual finishes sometimes need the painted section brought back to bare metal and re-finished to match properly. Send photos and we'll tell you what's possible at the property versus what needs the workshop.
