Yes. Most repairs can be done on-site without removing the metalwork, which keeps the job faster and less disruptive. If it needs workshop work, we'll tell you before we start.

We repair gates, handrails, balustrades, grilles and decorative ironwork on-site. If it's iron or steel and we can access it safely, we can usually sort it.
What if the repair is too large for on-site work?
If the repair is too large or too involved for on-site work, we remove it and repair it in the workshop. Once it's ready, we reinstall it properly.
How quickly can you get to a repair job?
If you send photos and the address, we can usually tell you the next available booking the same day. Urgent gate and access issues are prioritised where we can.
Do you need photos before you come out?
Yes, photos help us work out whether the repair can be done on-site and what equipment to bring. A few clear shots usually save time and avoid a second visit.
